CPDs connection Barcelona Equinix

Cubic Estudi d’Enginyeria led the engineering and site management for the connection of data centres (CPDs) in Barcelona to the Equinix facilities. The project covered 13,500 LM of new dark fibre infrastructure between sites.

Scope

Engineering, civil works and supervision

Project drafting, coordination with local authorities, trenching and cable laying, supervision of the works and commissioning of the link. The intervention was completed to high reliability and availability standards.
